Please read this document carefully before using any services provided by 724. By accessing this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 724 platform available at 724.wine, you hereby express full agreement to the terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement is legally binding between you as the user and 724 as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using this platform. Continued use following any updates to the terms constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

The 724 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.


Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 724 platform. Suspected duplicate registrations will be investigated and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. 724 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to validate the information provided. False or inaccurate information may result in immediate account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 724 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct

Users of the 724 platform are required to comply with all applicable rules. This platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only. Any form of commercial, automated, or systematic use without prior written consent from 724 is strictly prohibited.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 724 platform:

  • Using automation software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to access or interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or inconsistencies in the payment system or games.
  • Committing fraud, identity impersonation, or colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or that may cause harm to 724 or other users.
  • Posting content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on the rights of other users or third parties.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where applicable.


Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information

All financial transactions on the 724 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment methods used are valid and registered in their own name.

Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be reversed. Should there be any suspicious or unrecognised transaction, users must contact the 724 support team within 48 hours of the transaction date.

Withdrawal requests will be processed once all specified conditions have been met, including account identity verification. 724 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if there are indications of fraud, a breach of terms, or suspicious activity under investigation.

Any taxes, bank fees, or related charges imposed by third parties during transaction processing are the sole responsibility of the user. 724 does not bear any such incidental costs.


Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

724 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes losses resulting from technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, system errors, or any event beyond 724's reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, brand names, text, images, and software on the 724 platform are the exclusive property of 724 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these elements without prior written consent from 724.

Third-Party Links

The 724 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. 724 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.


Changes to Terms, Account Policies & Applicable Law

Term Updates & Amendments

724 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication of the updated version on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest terms.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

724 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: fraud or suspicious activity, breach of terms and conditions, bonus abuse, failure to submit identity verification documents upon request, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. Any valid account balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation, unless evidence of fraud is found.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the 724 platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
